Visiting the salon

From booking your appointment to spending some time in our salon, here’s a few of our top commonly asked questions...

  • We recommend that you arrive five to ten minutes before your service time to check in and relax.

  • Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your service. All clients receive a message the day prior of your appointment. Please be sure to check the time of your booking.

    If you attend a booking any later than 10 - 15 min after your scheduled time your appointment will either be cancelled or less services may be provided, for example a half head of foils may be reduced to 1/4 head foils. This is at the discretion of the stylist.

    We will do our best to absorb the time missed, however; as a courtesy to all our clients all services are completed as scheduled.

  • We understand that sometimes you will need to reschedule appointments and kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice.

    All online bookings require a $50 deposit that will be taken off the total at the end of your appointment.

    If that occurs as a No Show, your deposit when booking will be forfeited.

    Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

    If you cancel your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a charge of $50. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (24 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

    All no show appointments will be required to pay 50% of the no show appointment before a new appointment will be allocated. Repeat offenders may be refused future bookings.

  • We accept cash, Eftpos, Mastercard, Bankcard, Visa. Unfortunately we do not accept Amex, Diners, Mudgee Money or personal cheques. All prices are GST inclusive and subject to change without notice.

  • We want you to leave 100% satisfied with your hair. Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with your hair results. Please kindly note, we have a 10 day notification policy if you would like to adjust something about your hair, we encourage you to get in touch ASAP.

    We won’t be offended and no hard feelings. In fact, we would prefer you let us know what it is that you want fixed than not telling us and never coming back again.

    We do not offer refunds.
